delivery times

All orders are made to order and ship within 2–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location.

HOLIDAY DELAYS

Shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. During peak seasons, including Black Friday and the holiday period, production and delivery may take longer than usual due to increased demand.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at classicpaddockstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your case and work to provide a suitable solution.
